- Yes. All rugs are guaranteed first quality and come with our 15 day Satisfaction Warranty and One Year Manufacturers Warranty.
- How much are shipping costs
- We pay all shipping costs within the continental United States. Sorry, we are not accepting orders for shipment outside of the United States Except Canada. Please E-Mail us @ support@eliterugs.com for Canadian Shipping Charges.
- What are your payment terms
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover , paypal, and personal checks as forms of payment at time of order. ( Please allow 10 business days for the check to clear before shipment).
- How long does it take for a rug to arrive at my door
- Most rugs will generally take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Some Custom rugs can take up to 4-6 weeks. Rug Pads may arrive separately.
- Will my rug show up exactly as ordered
- Colors and sizes may sometimes vary from what is shown. This is rare and is usually a very small percentage in the variation.
- How do you ship the rugs to me
- Shipping is handled through United Parcel Service (UPS).
- What if I don't like the rug after I receive it
- We stand behind our entire product. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the rug up to 15 days for an exchange or a full refund.
- Do I Pay Sales Tax ?
- Only if you live in New York State
