Elite Rugs stands behind every rug we sell.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return it within 15 days and we will refund the
full purchase price. It can take up to 5 business days for a credit refund and 10 business days to receive
a refund check. Please note: You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning any rug.Any rugs returned without a Return Authorization Numberwill be refused. Shipping costs on all returns are
the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using UPS so you can track and insure your package.
Please e-mail us with the tracking number so we can track your package and issue a refund immediately upon
arrival.*Please Note: Please do not use tape or fold the rug in anyway. This may cause damage and
be refused. No refunds will be given after 15 days. Shipping charges on all returns are the customers responsibility.Shipping charges apply to Canada orders. Please E-Mail us @ support@eliterugs.com for additional shipping cost.
How to Return
- E-mail us at ( support@eliterugs.com ) for your RA#.
- Wrap the rug(s) securely in the original packaging. Inside the box include RA#, contact info, and reason for the return. Be sure to affix the RA# to the outside of the package.
- We recommend using a shipping method that will allow you to track the package. We are not responsible for loss or damaged packages. Please send to the address below.

Rug pads that have been cut or damaged may not be returned for credit.
Area Rugs that have been altered or damaged in anyway can not be returned for credit.
Rug Pads will ship seperatley from your area rug. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks delivery.
